Delete your account

You can delete your Add Ca$h account and personal data at any time. The fastest way is inside the app: Settings → Delete account. You can also request deletion here.

What gets deleted

Your account and the personal information tied to it — name, email, phone, ZIP, date of birth, gender, content interests, and your payout email. Some records may be retained where the law requires it (for example, transaction and tax records), after which they are deleted.

Request deletion

Enter the email on your Add Ca$h account. We’ll verify you control it and process the deletion. This cannot be undone.
